| How Do I Buy Prints? |
| When viewing the photo gallery, click on the image you would like to buy. You will then see a shopping cart icon on the bottom left. Click on that and choose your options. |
| Can I change or cancel my order? |
| If you have recieved an e-mail telling your that your order is complete, then they are already on their way. If not, just contact me and I will get things straight for you. |
| Can I Crop the Photo I Want to Print? |
| Keep in mind I will professionally crop all photos before the go to the printer. You want to crop that person next to you out of the picture? No problem let me know or click on in the comment/cropping section of the shopping cart page. |
| Can I Download Photos to Print Myself? |
| Absolutely! Just order digital downloads from the shopping cart. A word of caution, the photo quality from many pharmacies and department stores can be very disappointing. |
| Can I get a shipping quote? |
| All Photos for a flat rate of $3! |
| The pictures on your site look too dark, light, etc…will they print like that? |
| No. All prints will be corrected for color and exposure before printing. Some photos where two or more riders are at different distances from the camera may be out of focus. Feel free to contact me with your concerns. |

Prints Packages
The print package feature as you may have remembered it is not yet available, however on the order you may order as many of the different types of product and only pay the base price once, which will save you $1 per additional item.
Digital Downloads
A digital download is simply a copy of the image file, sized in one of three ways. You can buy digital downloads at the sizes your photographer has made available, which may include the following:
A 1Mpix image is roughly 1 megapixel in size. For example, an 816×1224 image is 998,784 pixels. Divide that by 1 million and you get .998784 (just under 1 Megapixel). A 4Mpix image is 4 megapixels. This is approximately twice as tall and twice as wide as a 1MPix image.Example. It should allow for quality printing at most reasonable sizes. If you want to print at really large poster sizes, you would probably want a larger image.
An Original image is the exact image that the photographer has put online. It is the original size of the image, identical in every way.
